Refund Policy

You can have a read of our Refund Policy below. That way, we are all on the same page from the get go.

  1. General
    1. All payments made to Project Everest Ventures are subject to our Payment Terms and any Service Agreements that apply.
    2. If the cancellation clause outlined in your Service Agreement differs to the details of this policy, the Service Agreement shall prevail.
    3. Project Everest Ventures reserves the right to assess a claim for a refund on a case by case basis, entirely at our discretion.
  2. Cancellations
    1. Cancellations must be made in accordance with the Payment Terms and Service Agreement.
  3. Deposits
    1. Any deposits paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, to the extent permitted by law.
      1. Deposit amounts for our Programs are as follows unless otherwise specified under written agreement:
        1. Global Impact Program – AU$1, 200
        2. Rural Impact Program – AU$650
        3. Virtual Impact Program – AU$480
      2. Deposit amounts for our Training courses are as follows unless otherwise specified under written agreement:
        1. Team Leadership Training (Non-Accredited) – AU$550
        2. Team Leadership Training (Accredited) – AU$680
        3. Senior Leadership Training – AU$250
      3. Deposit amounts for any other Services, such as Impact Partner Consulting Services are specified under written agreement.
  4. Penalties
    1. The following liquidated damages apply for any cancellation of services:
          1. withdrawal within 12 weeks of the commencement of the Program – 35% of the Price;
          2. withdrawal within 10 weeks of the commencement of the Program – 65% of the Price;
          3. withdrawal within 8 weeks of the commencement of Program – 100% of the Price.
    2. For all other services that do not include the provision of a Program, cancellation fees apply as per any agreements entered into.
  1. Credit
    1. We may allow you to credit unused amounts to future services, on a case by case basis, as we see fit
    2. Refunds can take up to 21 days to be processed and are returned to the credit card or account that was used to make the original payment.
