Fee Code Description
0 If the request for any of the below changes is received within 7 days of paying your deposit for any variation requests.
1 Change of Trekker Training Date only (more than 14 days prior to Trekker Training commencing).
2 Change of Trekker Training Date only (within 14 days of Trekker Training commencing, unless your offer was made during this period of time).
3 Change of Project only, dates not changing, country not changing.
4 Change of Country only, dates not changing, project not changing.
5 Change of Dates only, country not changing, project not changing.
6 Any combination of items 3, 4 and 5.
7 Any changes of items 3, 4 and 5 within 12 weeks of their service being delivered.
8 Any changes of items 3, 4 and 5 within 10 weeks of their service being delivered.

Any changes of items 3, 4 and 5 within 8 weeks of their service being delivered.

NP = Not Permitted. Changes will not be allowed at this point and a full new project fee will be applied.

Any changes of items 3, 4 and 5 where the service will be delivered more than 8 months from the original booking date (i.e. customer is booked for December 2018, moves to July 2019 and the defers again to December 2019).

*If there is a price difference due to a price change, this will also be applied as an additional fee to the $349.

11 Deferral of any Business Development Training, Team Leadership Training or Senior Leadership Training.
12 This fee is applied to any invoice overdue by 7 days, where the participant has not communicated to us their circumstances.
13 This fee is applied to any invoice overdue by 30 days, where the participant has not communicated to us their circumstances. This is applied in addition to the Late Payment (7+ Days) fee.
14 To add Trekker Training to any service where Trekker Training is not included.
