What has been your greatest highlight?
My greatest highlight would have to be my two months team leading in India. Watching my team grow and develop to be the best versions of themselves was the most rewarding part of leading and just beautiful to see. On top of that India is such a colourful country, in every aspect, and being able to explore what makes it so special and unique was incredible.
What did you learn most from your PEV experience?
The biggest thing I have learnt from my time with PEV is that I am so much more capable then I ever thought, so keep pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone!
What 3 pieces of advice would you give future Team Leaders?
If I could give three pieces of advice to future Team Leaders it would be that ‘plans are nothing; planning is everything’ (thanks Dwight Eisenhower!), stop and take a deep breath, and back yourself into whatever situation you are facing because you can do this!
